First I need 5 teeth extracted on the bottom...I have dentures on the top but would want them on the bottom as well...then I need a estimate on having the uppers and lowers secured by implants. I expect to retire within a year so I would like all work to be completed as quickly as possible. I did have a bad experience with Michigan Implants out of Ann Arbor....for each implant started at 2,000 and ended up at 5,000 ...I have two on the upper I never followed up on. So do you do extractions and implants?
